We are committed to delivering your order as quickly as possible. We offer free express shipping on all prepaid orders with a total value of ₹499 or more. For orders under ₹499, a standard delivery fee will be applied at checkout. Our goal is to get your products to you swiftly, and we process and dispatch all orders from our warehouse within 12 to 24 hours of receiving them.

Once your order is dispatched, you can expect it to be delivered within 4 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number to monitor your package's journey. Please note that in rare cases of unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather, public holidays, or other logistical disruptions, your delivery may be delayed or, in exceptional situations, canceled. We will always do our best to communicate any such issues to you promptly.

Return & Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery by sending a mandatory unboxing video to our WhatsApp at +91 91061 25090. No return request will be processed without this video proof. For a return to be accepted, the product must be in its original, unused, and unwashed condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

Customers are fully responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping to our designated address; our company is not liable for these costs or for any items that are lost or damaged during the return transit. Once your returned item is received, our team will inspect it. If the product meets all the conditions, an approved refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not comply with the requirements stated above.
